Beta Terms

These terms apply to the Shake TestFlight beta. By using the beta, you agree to them.

Test credits only

Shake's beta does not involve real money. Test credits have no cash value. You cannot buy, deposit, withdraw, transfer outside Shake, or redeem them for money, goods, services, or prizes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the beta where you live. Do not use Shake for real-money gambling or arrange off-platform payments tied to a market.

Your conduct

• Do not post illegal, threatening, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or privacy-invasive content.
• Do not impersonate others, manipulate results, spam users, or attempt to access another account.
• Do not use Shake to coordinate payments, prizes, or anything of real-world value.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts to protect users and the beta.

Beta availability

The beta may change, reset data, become unavailable, or contain errors. Features and test balances may be adjusted without notice. Do not rely on the beta for financial decisions.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You give Shake permission to host, display, process, and share it as needed to operate the app and the audience you selected.
