Get help

Email hello@getshake.app with your username, device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. You can also attach screenshots through TestFlight feedback.

Safety and content reports

To report a market, comment, message, or user, email hello@getshake.app with the relevant username or market title. Do not forward sensitive personal information.

Account and privacy

You can delete your account from Settings in the app. For account access, correction, or deletion help, contact us from the email associated with your account. Read the Privacy Policy.

Beta funds

Every beta account starts with virtual test credits. Credits cannot be purchased, deposited, withdrawn as cash, transferred outside Shake, or redeemed for anything of value.
